Bacon-Dill Meat Loaf Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 lb. ground beef chuck | ||
| 6'slices crisp bacon, chopped | ||
| Onions | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs), minced | |
| Dill pickle | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Soft bread crumbs | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 2 eggs, slightly beaten | ||
| Horseradish | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 2 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Dry mustard | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Milk | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Catsup | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Combine all ingredients except 1/2 cup catsup.
Form into loaf; top with remaining catsup.
Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
