Bacon Wrapped Water Chestnuts Recipe
Ingredients
| Water chestnuts | 6 Ounce | |
| Hoisin sauce | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Bacon Slices | 6 |
Directions
1 Drain and dry water chestnuts. Mix with hoisin sauce. Cut each bacon slice into strips long enough to wrap around each chestnut. Secure with toothpick.
2 Arrange on a foil-covered tray. Roast at 425°F (220°C) for 10-15 minutes until bacon is crisp.
