Bacon wrapped Tuna Recipe
|Fresh tuna||3 Pound|
|Vegetable oil||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Lime juice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Dry white wine||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), crushed|
|Grated fresh ginger||1 Teaspoon|

Remove any skin or bone.
In shallow glass dish, combine oil, lime juice, wine, garlic and ginger.
Add tuna; turn to coat with marinade.
Cover and refrigerate 2 hours.
Drain fish; reserve marinade.
Wrap 1 slice of bacon around each steak and secure with wooden pick.
Lightly oil grid.
Grill fish steaks, on uncovered grill, over medium-hot briquets about 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with fork.
Turn once halfway through cooking time; baste often with marinade.
