Bacon Wrapped Shrimp Appetizers Recipe
Ingredients
| Soy sauce | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sugar | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), minced | |
| Ginger root | 1 Teaspoon, grated | |
| Frozen shrimp | 1 pound | |
| Bacon Slices | 8 |
Directions
Combine soy sauce, sugar, garlic, gingerroot, and dash pepper, let stand 1 hour at room temperature.
Thaw shrimp, if frozen.
Shell and devein shrimp .
Cut bacon slices in thirds.
Wrap a piece of bacon around each shrimp; skewer to secure.
Grill bacon-wrapped shrimp over hot coals about 15 minutes or till done, turning and brushing with soy mixture frequently.
