Bacon Wrapped Chicken Livers Recipe

| Chicken livers | 1/2 Pound |
Directions
Microwave at High (10) 1 Minute, in the package, until slices easily separate.
Divide bacon slices between 4 paper towel lined paper plates.
Cover with paper towel.
Microwave one plate at a time.
Microwave at High (10) 2 1/2 Minutes.
Drain and cut each chestnut in half.
Rinse and drain livers.
Cut in half.
Sprinkle bacon strips lightly with ground cloves and brown sugar.
Place one piece of chicken liver and one piece of water chestnut at the end of each bacon strip.
Roll up, securing with a toothpick.
Arrange 10 in a circle on each of 4 paper towel lined (1 sheet) paper plates.
Cover with paper towel.
Microwave at High (10) 3 to 4 Minutes, rotating dish 1/4 turn after 1 1/2 minutes.
When microwaving from refrigerator temperature, increase time for each plate 1/2 to 1 minute.
