Ingredients
Streaky bacon (unsmoked) - 1 rasher per portion
Directions
Place the rashers of bacon flat on a chopping board. Cut away any rind and excess fat and check that there are no small pieces of bone, which you can easily remove with the point of a sharp knife
Carefully roll the bacon rashers into small round parcels. Place on a clean baking tray and keep in the fridge until required
When required, place in a pre-heated oven at 190°C/gas mark 5 for around 15 minutes.
