Bacon Rolls Recipe
Ingredients
| Cheddar Cheese | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), grated | |
| 1/2 x 3 oz package thyme and parsley stuffing, made up according to manufacturer's instructions | ||
| Rind | 12 | |
| Chicken livers | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), finely chopped | |
| Onion | 1 Small, finely chopped | |
Directions
1 Mix the cheese into prepared stuffing.
2 Stretch the bacon slices on a chopping board, using the back of a knife, then cut each in half to provide 24 short lengths of bacon.
3 On half of the pieces, spread a little of the stuffing mix.
4 Roll up and secure with a wooden cocktail stick (toothpick).
5 On remaining halves put a piece of chicken liver and a little chopped onion. Roll up as before.
6 Arrange bacon rolls on a double layer of kitchen paper on a dinner plate. Leave a space in the centre.
7 Microwave on full power for 7-9 minutes.
