Bacon Pancakes Recipe

Ingredients
2 cups pancake mix
2 eggs, lightly beaten
2 cups milk
2 tablespoons melted butter
1/2 pound sliced bacon
1 tablespoon bacon fat
Molasses or brown sugar
Directions
In a bowl, combine the pancake mix, eggs, milk and butter.
Mix just until combined.
Fry the bacon until crisp and drain on paper towels.
Divide it into 4 or 6 portions.
Heat the bacon fat very hot in a crepe pan or skillet about the size of a dinner plate.
Place 1 portion of the bacon in the pan and pour in a layer of pancake batter.
Cook until holes appear on the surface of the pancake.
Turn to brown the other side.
Keep the pancakes warm in a 200° oven until all are cooked.
