 White bread slice2 , toasted
 Swiss/Cheddar cheese - 4 oz, shredded
 Canadian style bacon - 4 oz, cut into 1/2" squares
 Skim milk2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Eggs4
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon
 Prepared musatrd - 1/2 tsp
 Onion powder1/8 Teaspoon
 Pepper1/8 Teaspoon

Directions

GETTING READY
1. Preheat oven to 350° F
2. Spray a coat of nonstick cooking spray on a 8"X8"X2" baking pan

MAKING
3. On the bottom and up the sides of the pie plate, arrange the bread cubes in a single layer
4. On top, arrange a single of two ounces of bacon
5. In a medium bowl, beat together the milk, eggs and seasonings and pour it over the pan, sprinkling with the remaining bacon
6. Bake for fifty minutes until it passes the cake test

SERVING
7. Serve as appropriate
