Bacon Herb Pork Tenderloin in Hot Mustard Gravy Recipe Video

1.Remove small ends of each tenderloins (can be used for stir frying the next day)
2.Coat the tenderloins with mustard paste generously.
3.Sprinkle fresh rosemary and sage along the length of tenderloins.Sprinkle some freshly chopped herbs .
4.Roll tenderloin in bacon strips.
5.Tie it up with butcher's string tightly.
6.Place it on an oven pan and bake at 375F/190C for 45 to 50 minutes.
7.For the bacon to be crispy broil for the last five minutes'.
8.Remove the strings and cove for five minutes.
9.For the mustard gravy take a pan and melt the butter on medium heat,add flour and mix with the butter and drippings.
10.Add chicken broth and mix until smooth scrapping the bottom bits, add mustard,rosemary and sage and continue stirring for 2 to 3 minutes.
11.Slice and serve with boiled potatoes ,steamed carrots and corn.
