Bacon Curry Slaw Recipe
Ingredients
| Red or green cabbage - 6 to 8 cups, finely shredded | ||
| Mayonnaise | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cider vinegar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper and curry powder - 1/4 teaspoon each | ||
| Sugar | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Bacon - 4 slices, cooked crisp | ||
Directions
MAKING
1. In a bowl add cabbage.
2. Mix mayonnaise, vinegar, salt, pepper, curry powder, and sugar until blended.
3. Pour dressing over cabbage and mix to coat thoroughly.
4. Crumble bacon over slaw and mix gently.
SERVING
5. Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate.
