Ingredients

 Red or green cabbage - 6 to 8 cups, finely shredded
 Mayonnaise1/3 Cup (16 tbs)
 Cider vinegar2 Tablespoon
 Salt1 Teaspoon
 Pepper and curry powder - 1/4 teaspoon each
 Sugar1 Tablespoon
 Bacon - 4 slices, cooked crisp

Directions

MAKING
1. In a bowl add cabbage.
2. Mix mayonnaise, vinegar, salt, pepper, curry powder, and sugar until blended.
3. Pour dressing over cabbage and mix to coat thoroughly.
4. Crumble bacon over slaw and mix gently.

SERVING
5. Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate.
