Bacon Crisp Oysters Recipe

1 (12 ounce) jar fresh oysters, drained
 
8 slices bacon, cut into thirds
 
2 tablespoons parsley
 
Salt and pepper

Directions

Place one oyster on each piece of bacon.
Sprinkle with parsley, salt and pepper.
Wrap bacon around oyster and secure with toothpick.
Place broiler rack 4 inches from heat and broil 8 minutes on one side.
Turn and broil 5 minutes on other side.
Bacon will be crisp and oysters will curl.
