Bacon Club Croissant Recipe
Ingredients
| 6 strips Maple Leaf bacon | ||
| Mayonnaise | 2 Tablespoon | |
| 2 croissants, sliced in half | ||
| 4 thin slices red onion | ||
| Lettuce leaves | 2 | |
| 4 slices tomato, 1/4 inch thick | ||
| 1 avocado, pitted, peeled and sliced | ||
| Roast turkey slice | 6 | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
1. Cook bacon in a heavy skillet over medium-high heat until crisp, about 8 minutes.Transfer to paper towels.
2. Spread mayonnaise on croissants.Top the bottom half of each croissant with onion, lettuce and tomato.
3. Sprinkle tomato with salt and pepper to taste.Top with avocado, turkey and bacon.
