Bacon Chops With Grapefruit Recipe

 4 Large bacon chops
 Grapefruit1 Large
 1 1/2 x 43 g/1 1/2 oz packets Homepride
 Coat & Cook Barbecue flavour
 Sprig of watercress, to garnish

Directions

Slice through the bacon chops from the rind down to the bone.
Open up the slit to make a 'pocket'.
Peel and slice the grapefruit.
Cut the grapefruit slices in half and insert three halves into each chop.
Secure with cocktail sticks.
Coat with Barbecue flavour Coat & Cook according to packet instructions.
Cook on one side under a moderate grill for about 15 to 20 minutes, until well cooked and crisp.
Remove the cocktail sticks and serve hot, garnished with watercress.
