Bacon & Chicken Sandwiches Recipe
Ingredients
| Cooked chicken | 1 Can (10oz), drained | |
| Stalk celery | 1 Small, thinly sliced | |
| Green onion | 1 , sliced | |
| 1/2 cup plain nonfat yogurt | ||
| Pepper | 1 | |
| Hamburger buns | 3 , toasted | |
| 3 canned pineapple rings, well drained | ||
| slice | 3 | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled | ||
Directions
Combine chicken, celery, onion, yogurt and pepper in small bowl.
If desired, place lettuce leaf on bottom of each bun; place pineapple ring on lettuce.
Top each with one third of the chicken mixture and bacon.
