Bacon & Cheese Breakfast Pizza Recipe
Ingredients
| Pastry for a single-crust 9-inch pie | ||
| 1/2 pound sliced bacon, crisply cooked, drained, and crumbled | ||
| Shredded Swiss cheese | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Eggs | 4 standard | |
| Sour cream | 1 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Parsley | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
Directions
Preheat oven to 425°.
On a lightly floured board, roll out pastry to fit a 12-inch pizza pan.
Fit pastry into pan, pressing edges against pan sides and trimming even with top.
Bake crust on lowest rack in preheated oven for 5 minutes.
Gently press down any bubbles in crust; cool before filling.
Sprinkle bacon and cheese over crust.
In a medium-size bowl, lightly beat eggs; stir in sour cream and parsley until smooth; pour over pizza.
