Bacon Breakfast Sandwiches Recipe
Ingredients
| Butter/Margarine | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Eggs | 4 standard | |
| 2 tablespoons snipped chives or green onion tops | ||
| Water | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1 Dash | |
| 2 English muffins, split and toasted | ||
| 8 bacon strips, cooked and drained | ||
| Tomato Slices | 4 | |
| American Cheese slice | 4 | |
Directions
Melt butter in a skillet.
Beat eggs, chives, water, salt and pepper; pour into skillet.
Cook and stir gently until eggs are set.
Top each muffin half with eggs, bacon, tomato and cheese.
Broil for 1-2 minutes or until cheese melts.
Garnish with chives if desired.
