Bacon and Vegetable Potage Recipe
Ingredients
| Canadian bacon - 1/2 cup, cut in strips | ||
| Onion | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Ground sage | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Butter/Margarine | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Condensed cream of chicken soup - 1 can {10 1/2 ounces) | ||
| Vegetable | 1 Can (10oz), condensed | |
| Water | 1 | |
| Milk | 1/2 | |
| Spinach | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), cooked | |
Directions
MAKING
1) In a skillet heat butter and add bacon, onion, and sage.
2) Cook until bacon is brown.
3) Add remaining ingredients and blend.
4) Continue to heat stirring often.
SERVING
5) Serve hot.
