Bacon and Potato Casserole Recipe

| Leftover bacon or ham, cooked potatoes | ||
| White onion | 1 Pint | |
Directions
GETTING READY
1. Turn the oven to setting 375°F/190°C/Gas 5
MAKING
2. In a greased, wide ovenproof dish, add a layer of potato slices
3. Dilute the white sauce and bring it up to three quarters of a pint and add chopped onoon and parsley to it
4. Add it over the potatoes, sprinkle chopped chunks of cooked ham slices on top and cover with another layer of potatoes
5. Brush with milk ot molten butter and bake for forty minutes

6. Serve as per your tastes
