Ingredients
6 slices bacon
6 eggs
2 tablespoons sour cream
Directions
1. Arrange bacon on roasting rack in a 2-quart glass baking dish and cook as follows: 1 slice for 1 minute; 2 slices for 1 1/2 minutes; 3 slices for 2 1/2 minutes; 4 slices for 3 minutes; and 6 slices for 4 minutes. Limp, not crisp, bacon is desired.
2. Arrange a bacon slice in a circle in the bottom of a 6-ounce glass custard cup. Break egg in cup over bacon. Pierce yolk with fork, and top egg with 1 teaspoon sour cream.
3. Place cups in a circle on a 9-inch glass pie plate. Add 1 cup water to glass plate and cover with plastic wrap. Cook until done, as follows, rotating plate one-quarter turn halfway through cooking time: 1 egg, 1 1/2 to 2 minutes; 2 eggs, 2 to 3 minutes; 3 eggs, 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 minutes; 4 eggs, 3 to 4 minutes; 6 eggs, 4 to 5 minutes.
4. Rest, covered, 1 minute after cooking. Invert custard cup on buttered toasted English muffin
