Directions
1)In a pan heat oil and cook the egg and bacon till they are ready
2)Slice the muffin in half and toast it.
MAKING
3)Once cooked, place the cheese onto the base while still warm which helps the cheese melt
4)Place the egg on the cheese then and bacon on top.
SERVING
5)Finish with the barbecue sauce and top with the other half of the muffin.
