Bacon And Chive Biscuits Recipe
Ingredients
| Bisquick mix | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sour cream | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 8 slices bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled | ||
| Snipped chives | 1 Tablespoon, dried | |
| Parsley flakes | 1 Teaspoon, dried | |
Directions
Heat oven to 450°.
Mix all ingredients until dough forms.
Beat 30 seconds.
If dough is too sticky, gradually mix in enough baking mix (up to 1/2 cup) to make dough easy to handle.
Turn dough onto surface well dusted with baking mix.
Gently roll into baking mix to coat.
Shape into ball and knead 10 times.
Roll 1/2 inch thick and cut with 2 inch cutter.
Dip in baking mix.
Bake on ungreased cookie sheet 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown.
