Ingredients

 14 oz tomato catsup
 Onions2 , chopped
 2 bell peppers, seeded and chopped
 Garlic12 Clove (5gm), minced
 Chili6 Small, minced
 1 tbl crushed dried hot chiles
 Brown sugar1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Distilled vinegar1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Italian herbs1 Tablespoon, dried
 1 tsp liquid smoke flavoring

Directions

1. Puree all the sauce ingredients in a blender. Put into a saucepan and bring to a boil.
2. Reduce the heat and simmer, stirring frequently, until the sauce is thick and glossy (approximately 15-20 minutes).
3. Use at once or store for up to 3 weeks in the refrigerator, in a jar with a tight-fitting lid.
