Ingredients
1 cup All Purpose Flour
1 cup Mashed Potato Flakes
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup Butter
12-ounce can SPAM, thinly sliced
1/2 cup finely sliced celery
1 cup (8-ounce tin) pasteurized Neufchatel cheese spread with onion
15 1/2 -ounce can barbecue sauce with beef
1 package Chicken Gravy Mix
Directions
Combine flour, potato flakes and salt in mixing bowl.
Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Sprinkle half of crumb mixture in bottom of 8-inch square baking dish.
Top with meat slices, then celery, cheese spread and barbecue sauce.
Sprinkle with remaining crumb mixture.
Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown.
