1/2 pound ground ham
1/2 pound ground beef
1/3 cup instant mashed potatoes
1/2 cup condensed milk
2 eggs, beaten
3/4 cup bread crumbs
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
3/4 cup water
2 bouillon cubes
Directions
1) Mix the ham, beef and potatoes together. Stir in the milk and eggs: Add the bread crumbs, salt and pepper. Form into four small loaves. Place in a well-oiled baking dish.
2) Dissolve bouillon cubes in water. Pour liquid into baking dish. Cover the dish with foil.
3) Place dish in a 375 degree oven for 50 minutes to 1 houn Remove foil and place under a broiler for 3 to 5 minutes, until tops are browned.
