Baby Lima Beans In Chervil Cream Recipe
Ingredients
3 pounds baby lima beans, shelled
Salt and fresh pepper to taste
1 cup heavy cream
2 tablespoons finely chopped chervil
Directions
Put the shelled beans in a saucepan.
Cover with water.
Bring to a boil.
Cook at a simmer for 10-15 minutes until beans are tender.
Don't overcook, as they will split.
Drain.
Salt and pepper them to taste.
Heat the cream and chervil together for 2 minutes while stirring.
Pour over beans and serve.
