Today, we’ve asked Lisa Miller, who’s a health counselor (and mother of a healthy 2 year old) and also been our awesome assistant for more than 2 years, to give us some cool raw food baby food ideas. (My favorite is the “Constipation Buster”)

Ingredients
Mashed Banana:
1 Banana
Applesauce:
1 Apple
Water
Constipation Buster:
5 Prune
4 Apricot
1 tsp ground Flax seeds
water
Directions
Mashed Banana:
Mash the banana using a fork.
Applesauce:
Peel the apple and take off the seeds. Slice the apple. Puree the apple by adding water using the blender.
Constipation Buster:
Soak the apricots and prunes in water. Blend these along with ground flax seeds by adding water.
