Directions

Mashed Banana:
Mash the banana using a fork.

Applesauce:
Peel the apple and take off the seeds. Slice the apple. Puree the apple by adding water using the blender.

Constipation Buster:
Soak the apricots and prunes in water. Blend these along with ground flax seeds by adding water.
