Baby Corn Spicy Recipe
Ingredients
| Baby Corn Pieces 400 gms. | ||

| Corn flour | 50 Gram | |
| Flour | 25 Gram | |
| Onion | 1 | |
| Green chilli | 1 | |
| Oil | 500 Milliliter | |
| Water | 200 Milliliter | |
| Soya Sauce 1 Tea Spoon | ||
| Chilli Sauce 2 Tea Spoon | ||
| Tomato Sauce 3 Tea Spoon | ||
| White Vineger 1 Tea Spoon | ||
| Ajenomoto 2 Tea Spoon | ||
| Brocesster Sauce 1 Tea Spoon | ||
| Ginger and garlic paste 2 Tea Spoon | ||

Directions
GETTING READY
1)Peel and cut onion into small pieces.
2)Slit baby corn into two and cut green chillies in Chinese style.
3)Mix together, egg, cornflour, flour and water to form a smooth batter.
MAKING
4)In a pan, heat oil. Stir fry onion, green chilli until half done.
5)Dip baby corn in batter and deep fry until crisp.
6)In a frying pan, boil water. Add in garlic paste, ginger, chilli, tomato sauce, chilli sauce, soya sauce, Brocesster sauce and cook until done.
7)Now add in ajinomoto, fried baby corn and cook until mixture is dry.
SERVING
8)Serve piping hot.
