Baby Carrots with Fresh Basil Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 pound baby carrots, well scrubbed | ||
| Basil | 2 Tablespoon, finely chopped | |
| Butter | 3 Tablespoon | |
Directions
Place carrots in a saucepan and just cover with boiling water.
Cover the pan, bring to the boil and cook for 10 minutes.
Drain, toss well with basil, add butter and return to the heat.
Allow the butter to melt, mixing well with the carrots.
