Directions

MAKING
1. In a small pan, place canned baby carrots (along with the liquid) and bring to a boil over low heat.
2. Meanwhile, for glaze, in a small saucepan, melt butter and add cornstarch to it. Mix well.
3. Add brown sugar and water. Place the pan on low flame, stir constantly and cook until the sauce is thickened and brown.
4. Drain the carrots and place it in a serving bowl.

SERVING
5. Pour hot sauce on top and mix well or serve carrots along with sauce on side.
