Ingredients

 Baby Back Root beer Ribs
  2 racks of Baby back pork ribs
  3 Two liters of root beer
 Root Beer Sauce
 Root beer1 Cup (16 tbs)
  1cup sweet soy sauce
 Sweet chili sauce1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Sriracha3 Tablespoon
 House Seasoning
  3 parts kosher salt
  1 part cracked black pepper
  1 part garlic powder

Directions

Baby Back Root beer Ribs

Peal off the silver skin off the back of the ribs. In a container place the ribs and pour two of the 3, two liters over the ribs. They should be totally submerged. Let the ribs soak over night. The next day pull ribs out of root beer and pat dry. Season with the house season and be sure you rub it good all over. Grill your ribs using indirect heat at about 300 degrees for at least 2 – 3 hours until tender. You should be able to flake meat off easy with a fork. When ribs are tender baste with sauce every 5 min for 20 min until they are all lacquered up an awesome!

Root Beer Sauce

Mix all ingredients together and bring to a boil. Set the sauce aside for basting. There should be some root beer left Dink it and enjoy it with your ribs!
