Canned pumpkin (not pumpkin pie mix) - 1 cup
 
Original Bisquick® mix - 1/2 cup
 
Sugar - 1/2 cup
 
Evaporated milk - 1 cup
 
Butter or margarine, softened - 1 tablespoon
 
Pumpkin pie spice - 1 1/2 teaspoons
 
Vanilla - 1 teaspoon
 
Eggs - 2
 
Whip toppings, if desired
 
Easy French Apple Pie
 
For the Filling
 
Apples - 3 cups (3 large), thinly sliced peeled
 
Ground cinnamon - 1 teaspoon
 
Ground nutmeg - 1/4 teaspoon
 
Original Bisquick® mix - 1/2 cup
 
Granulated sugar - 1/2 cup
 
Milk - 1/2 cup
 
Butter or margarine - 1 tablespoon, softened
 
Eggs - 2
 
For the Streusel
 
Original Bisquick® mix - 1/2 cup
 
Nuts - 1/4 cup, chopped
 
Packed brown sugar - 1/4 cup
 
Firm butter or margarine - 2 tablespoons

Directions

Easy Pumpkin Pie

GETTING READY
1. Preheat oven at 350ºF.
2. Grease a 9-inch pie plate.
MAKING
3. In a bowl, combine Bisquick with canned pumpkin, sugar, evaporated milk, melted butter or margarine, egg, vanilla and pumpkin pie spice. Mix it well.
4. Pour the batter into the pie plate.
5. Bake it in an oven at 350ºF for 35 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
6. Once done keep it aside to cool. Refrigerate about 3 hours or until chilled.
SERVING
7. Serve Easy Pumpkin Pie with whipped cream or vanilla icecream or sprinkle some nuts and cinnamon on top.

Easy French Apple Pie
GETTING READY
1. Preheat oven at 325ºF.
2. Spray a 9-inch pie pan with cooking spray.
MAKING
3. In a medium bowl, mix apples, cinnamon and nutmeg. Mix it well.
4. Take the mixture in a pan.
5. In a bowl, take Bisquick mix, sugar, milk, eggs and softened butter or margarine. Mix it well.
6. Pour the above mixture into the apples.
7. In a separate bowl, make streusel topping by mixing Bisquick mix, firm butter, packed brown sugar and nuts. Use a fork to break up the ingredients till they are well combined into a crumbly texture.
8. Spread this topping evenly over the pie to cover the apples.
9. Bake it in an oven at 325ºF for 45-50 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Once done, keep it aside to cool for 5 minutes.
SERVING
10. Serve Easy French Apple Pie with vanilla icecream or homemade whipped cream.
