This time around it€™s pork chops. After you take them out of the oven, make sure to give it some time for the meat to rest.

See!?!?! Also, the kitchen will be warm enough to wear shorts inside€¦ IN FEBRUARY!!! If your €˜chops were thinner than mine, I€™d drop the oven time down to an hour or so. If you want to make sure they€™re cooked, there€™s no harm in letting it rest for a while and cutting one of them in half just to make sure. If it€™s still pink in the middle, just finish them in the skillet. As long as you don€™t forget about them, they€™ll turn out just fine! If still think you€™re pressed for time, microwave a potato wrapped in a damp paper towel for 6 or 7 minutes and crack open a can of corn to complete your meal.
