Opps dropped a letter should read Awadi as in Dastarkhwan-e-awadh, the cuisine of of awadh, the old Moghul style recipes are amazing. Yes they take time but that's OK for the results are amazing.

Wadhi cuisine is a favourite of mine. I will post recipe and pictures for Kundan Kaliya, but I do use silver not gold For me I can only buy Chironji nuts in California around Diwali. Also Lazzat-e-taam seems to only be available in Lucknow. I might try to make it but getting all the needed ingredients is a challenge. I even had a friend try and get the difficult items in Kalcutta recently. Guess perhaps I "just" get to Lucknow again!

hi everyone! Indeed dum aloo masala from hari ram and sons is one of the best. They also had other masalas and ready samosas, namkeen etc. Quite a lot of variety. These masalas are not readily available outside India, so whenever we visit India, I use to purchase dum aloo masala, sabzi masala, samosa masala etc. Thanks to hari ram and sons for the good taste!

Hi, I am not from Allahabad, but my fiance is from Allahabd and she always talked about Hari Ram & Sons at the Chowk, she buys samosa s every sunday morning from there and some spice too. Do you know if there spices are available here in USA? Are you related to them? I remeber my fiance talked about their daughter who lives in USA and she recently visited Allahabd to attend a wedding in Allhabad and she visited my fiance for make up work at her salon in Civil Lines. Posibility is you probably know her cause Allahabd is a small city. Le me know if you know where can I buy their spices, I would love to try them. A friend of minni's mouse
