Ingredients
| Awabi | 3 Ounce, canned | |
| Chinese mushrooms | 3 Ounce | |
| Peanut oil | 1 Tablespoon | |
| 1 roughly cut up medium-sized onion | ||
| 1 teaspoon ginger sherry | ||
| Sesame oil | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Chicken stock | 1/4 Pint | |
| Pinch sugar | ||
| Pinch Ve-Tsin | ||
| Pinch salt | 1 Small | |
| Soy sauce | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Cornflour | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Water | 1 Tablespoon | |
Directions
Cut the awabi into thin slices.
Drain and dry the mushrooms (stems removed), leaving them whole.
Heat the oil and fry the onion in it for 1-1 1/2 minutes.
Add the awabi and mushrooms and then the next 7 ingredients.
Cook for 2 minutes.
Stir the cornflour, blended with the water, into the mixture and boil fo 1 1/2-2 minutes.
