Avocados With Consomme Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 cans 284 ml (10-ounces) each condensed consomme | ||
| Sherry | 125 Milliliter | |
| Avocados | 3 | |
| Lemon juice | ||
| Pepper | 1 | |
| Sour cream | 90 Milliliter | |
Directions
Add Sherry to consomme, chill and gel in square or loaf pan.
Halve and seed avocados, season with lemon juice and pepper.
Unmold jellied consomme, cut into cubes, fill hollows of avocados.
Garnish with sour cream.
