Ingredients

 2 cans 284 ml (10-ounces) each condensed consomme
 Sherry125 Milliliter
 Avocados3
 Lemon juice
 Pepper1
 Sour cream90 Milliliter

Directions

Add Sherry to consomme, chill and gel in square or loaf pan.
Halve and seed avocados, season with lemon juice and pepper.
Unmold jellied consomme, cut into cubes, fill hollows of avocados.
Garnish with sour cream.
