Avocado Tuna Tartlets Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 ripe avocado, peeled and mashed | ||

| 6-1/2 oz. can chunk light tuna | ||
| Sour cream | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Chopped onion | 1/4 Teaspoon, dried | |
| Chili powder | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Cayenne pepper | 1 Dash | |
| 12 (2-1/2 inch size) baked pastry tart shells | ||
Directions
Blend the filling ingredients and spoon into tart shells.
Bake in a 350 degree oven for about 10 minutes.
If desired, freeze the tarts after cooking and reheat when needed.
