 1 ripe avocado, peeled and mashed
 Lemon juice2 Teaspoon
 6-1/2 oz. can chunk light tuna
 Sour cream2 Tablespoon
 Salt1/4 Teaspoon
 Chopped onion1/4 Teaspoon, dried
 Chili powder1/4 Teaspoon
 Cayenne pepper1 Dash
 12 (2-1/2 inch size) baked pastry tart shells

Directions

Blend the filling ingredients and spoon into tart shells.
Bake in a 350 degree oven for about 10 minutes.
If desired, freeze the tarts after cooking and reheat when needed.
