Avocado Soup Recipe

Ingredients
2 ripe, soft avocados, pitted and peeled
1 cup chicken broth.
1 cup light cream
1/2 cup yogurt
1/2 cup dry white wine
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Reserve a few slices of avocado for a garnish and place remaining avocado in processor bowl and process with metal blade until smooth.
Warm broth slightly, add avocado and remaining ingredients.
Stir to blend.
Serve cold, or heat over moderate heat and serve warm.
Garnish with reserved avocado slices.
