Pour 2 1/4 cups (500 ml/18 fl oz) of water into a bowl and microwave on HIGH for 5 minutes.
Halve the avocados and remove the stones.
Peel the half avocados, cut into small pieces and put into a food processor.
Pour the lime juice over and puree.
When the water is very hot, crumble the chicken bouillon (stock) cube into it.
Stir until dissolved.
Pour the bouillon (stock) into the food processor.
Add the milk.
Return the mixture to the bowl.
Add the chopped dill.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Reheat on HIGH for 2 minutes.
