 Avocados3
 Paprika1/4 Teaspoon
 Olive oil3/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon
 Lettuce leaves
 Vinegar1/3 Cup (16 tbs)
 Garlic1 Clove (5gm), minced

Directions

Peel, pit, and slice avocados.
Combine remaining ingredients in deep bowl.
Beat to blend; add avocado slices.
Marinate for 8 hours; drain.
Reserve marinade; arrange avocado on lettuce leaves.
Serve with marinade as dressing
