 Black pepper1/8 Teaspoon
 Dry mustard3/4 Teaspoon

 2 tablespoons pickle relish
 Green pepper1 Tablespoon, finely chopped
 Vinegar3 Tablespoon
 Lemon juice2 Tablespoon
 Avocados3

Directions

Combine first 7 ingredients in deep bowl.
Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Add pickle relish, green pepper, vinegar, and lemon juice.
Blend and reserve for dressing.
Peel, pit, and slice avocados.
Brush slices with additional lemon juice.
Arrange on lettuce on serving plates; top with reserved dressing mixture
