Editors Review
Avocados are packed with healthy fats and their buttery texture is so delicious. Here, our chefs show a simple avocado salad with onion and tomato spiced up with Indian Spices. This recipe is perfect for heart patients who need healthy fat and tasty low fat food. I tried serving avocado dishes to my parents but they just refused to have it and in my last attempt to make them eat avocados I made avocado salad and they loved it.Comments

Love salads and of course avocadoes which are plentiful here in California. Love cumin with avocadoes. I think I'll make this but add a little fresh minced garlic and chiles of course.
This would be excellent with grilled/tandoor meats.
