Avocado Mousse Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 envelope unflavored gelatine | ||
| Cold water | 2 Tablespoon | |
| 3 oz package lime jelly powder 85 g | ||
| Hot water | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 cup mashed ripe avocado 250 mL | ||
| Mayonnaise | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1/2 cup whipping cream, whipped 125 mL | ||
| Lime juice | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Strawberries, plums, orange sections, grapes | ||
Directions
Soften gelatine in cold water for five minutes.
Dissolve gelatine mixture and jelly powder in hot water and chill until it begins to set.
Stir in remaining ingredients except fruit and pour into a rinsed mold.
Refrigerate until firm.
Unmold and decorate with a garland of prepared fruits.
