Ingredients

 1 envelope unflavored gelatine
 Cold water2 Tablespoon
 3 oz package lime jelly powder 85 g
 Hot water2 Cup (16 tbs)
 1 cup mashed ripe avocado 250 mL
 Mayonnaise1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 1/2 cup whipping cream, whipped 125 mL
 Lime juice2 Tablespoon
 Strawberries, plums, orange sections, grapes

Directions

Soften gelatine in cold water for five minutes.
Dissolve gelatine mixture and jelly powder in hot water and chill until it begins to set.
Stir in remaining ingredients except fruit and pour into a rinsed mold.
Refrigerate until firm.
Unmold and decorate with a garland of prepared fruits.
