| Chopped chives/Chopped green onions | 1 Tablespoon |

Directions
Peel and dice avocado and sprinkle with lemon juice to prevent darkening.
Lightly mix avocado into the consomme and spoon into small soup bowls or tea cups.
Top with a spoonful of sour half and half and caviar.
