Ingredients

 1 package lemon flavored gelatin
 Hot water3/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Lemon juice2 Tablespoon
 Salt1 Teaspoon
 Mayonnaise1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 1 cup frozen avocado puree, slightly thawed
 1/4 pint whipping cream or 1/2 cup evaporated milk, whipped

Directions

Dissolve gelatin in hot water; allow to cool.
Add lemon juice and salt; chill.
Blend together mayonnaise, avocado puree, and whipped cream or evaporated milk.
Fold into thickened gelatin mixture.
Pour mixture into a mold and chill.
