Avocado Fruit Squares Recipe
|Ripe avocado||1 Large, halved and seeded|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Cream cheese||3 Ounce, softened (1 Package)|
|Mayonnaise/Salad dressing||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Drained diced canned peaches||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Drained chopped maraschino cherries||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Heavy cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), whipped|

Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon lemon juice.
Blend cream cheese, remaining lemon juice, sugar, mayonnaise and salt; add fruits.
Fold in whipped cream; pour into refrigerator tray.
Freeze until firm for 6 hours or overnight.
Before serving let stand at room temperature for about 15 min utes; cut into squares.
Garnish with halves of cherries and avocado balls if desired.
