 Lemons juice2 Large

 Avocados2 Medium, peeled, stones removed
 Shallots3 (Fresh)
 Garlic/Garlic powder to taste1 Clove (5 gm), peeled and freshly ground
 Anchovy filets1 Ounce
 Mayonnaise1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
 Saffron1⁄2 Teaspoon

Combine egg and mustard; add oil and mix thoroughly.
Add hot sauce, lemon juice, Worcestershire, salt, and pepper.
Mix well.
Grind avocados, garlic, and anchovies into a smooth paste.
Blend gently but thoroughly with other ingredients.
Add mayonnaise and saffron and mix thoroughly.
Pour into container and chill for 2 hours.
