 Large ripe avocado - 1
 Sour cream1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Light cream1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Onion1 Tablespoon, grated
 Salt1 1/2 Teaspoon
 Cayenne – a dash
 Sugar1/8 Teaspoon
 Garlic1 Clove (5gm), crushed
 Lemon juice1 Tablespoon

Directions

GETTING READY
1. Peel avocado and cut into chunks.

MAKING
2. In an electric blender, blend avocados with sour cream, light cream, onion, salt, cayenne, sugar, garlic, lemon juice until smooth.
3. Cover and refrigerate, until well chilled.

SERVING
4. Serve chilled with salads or as dips.
