Avocado And Anchovy Dip Recipe
Ingredients
1 garlic clove, peeled and chopped
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
1 tablespoon tarragon vinegar
1/2 teaspoon tarragon
6 anchovy fillets
1/4 cup tarragon shallot mustard
1 cup Homemade Mayonnaise
1 very ripe avocado, peeled, seeded and roughly mashed
3 tablespoons light cream
Salt and white pepper to taste
Directions
Combine all ingredients in the bowl of a food processor fitted with the steel blade and blend, scraping down the sides of processor bowl with a rubber spatula as necessary.
Add seasoning to taste, and blend again.
Scrape dip into a bowl, cover, and refrigerate until needed.
