Avocado And Anchovy Dip Recipe
Ingredients
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), chopped | |
| Parsley | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| 1 tablespoon tarragon vinegar | ||
| Tarragon | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| 6 anchovy fillets | ||
| 1/4 cup tarragon shallot mustard | ||
| 1 cup Homemade Mayonnaise | ||
| 1 very ripe avocado, peeled, seeded and roughly mashed | ||
| Light cream | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Salt and white pepper to taste | ||
Directions
Combine all ingredients in the bowl of a food processor fitted with the steel blade and blend, scraping down the sides of processor bowl with a rubber spatula as necessary.
Add seasoning to taste, and blend again.
Scrape dip into a bowl, cover, and refrigerate until needed.
