Ingredients

 
Unflavored gelatin - 3 envelop
 
Pineapple juice - 2 cup
 
Lemon juice - 1/3 cup
 
Onion - 2 tsp, grated
 
Seasoned salt - 2 1/2 tsp
 
Hot sauce - 1 or 2 drops
 
Salad dressing - 3/4 cup
 
Avocados - 2, mashed
 
Ripe olives - 1 cup, sliced
 
Cucumber - 3/4 cup, diced

Directions

MAKING
1. In a small saucepan, sprinkle gelatin powder on top of 1 cup pineapple juice and let it stand for 5 minutes. Simmer the juice while stirring constantly, until gelatin is dissolved.
2. Remove from heat and then stir in the remaining pineapple juice, lemon juice, onion, salt and hot sauce. Set aside to cool.
3. Beat in salad dressing and chill until slightly thickened.
4. Fold in the avocados, olives and cucumber into gelatin and pour into 5 or 6-cup mold. Chill until firm;

SERVING
5. Garnish with ripe olives and serve chilled
